by Hawaiian and other Asian cuisines.
Poké (pronounced PO-kay) - which is the Hawaiian for “chunk” - traditionally refers
to any raw fish that has been cut into cubes. Poke doesn’t necessarily have to be tuna or even seafood, nor does it have to be raw or cubed. It can be cooked or raw, cubed
or scraped, and doesn’t even have to be fish or seafood.
